Actions Matter More Than Thoughts

Seneca The Elder was one of the great figures of Ancient Rome. His wisdom and insight as to what it takes to live a full and meaningful life are among the greatest gifts we have from this important time in history.

In today's message Seneca reminds us that in the journey of motivation and personal development it is our actions that truly matter. It is not what we think that changes the courses of our lives. What really matters is what we actually do.
