Zemo X-Factor vs. Mercs. I do not have a big enough Zemo Hydra to handle this team, especially considering there's a thick Merc Riot Guard on the other side. That said, Zemo has the ability to cleanse taunts, apply ability block AND if he crits right out of the gate, he'll speed up Longshot and Shatterstar.
