Fixing Riser Issues - GPU Mining Farm - 13-14 GPU Rigs, Dead Riser

One of our rigs stopped working. We cant login. We see that the rig is offline. When we got to our farm to take a look we noticed that the risers power is acting weird. After we removed the riser we can see that one of the small chips is burned.
