Reusing Mobile Phone Chargers

I used a Motorola 5 volt 850 mA AC/DC charger for a replacement of a 6 volt 1 amp AC/DC adapter, and it worked. Though under powered per specification it still drove my device.

I replaced the USB mini (USB mini B) connector with a DC Power Cable Connector Plug that I cut off from the non-working adapter.

I did not mention it in the video but don't forget to assure you have the polarity correct before you try to use the replacement adapter and don't use a voltage higher than the rating on the device or non-working power supply.
