John struggled with sex addiction. Robbie struggled with insecurity. It was a marriage held together with lies. John wanted to feel love, but confused it for sex. The pornography industry conveys the message that you are wanted. The message gets reinforced over and over, and it is progressive. Addiction means you can't stop.
