Romans: Lesson 3 - Where the Power Lies

Paul says he was obligated, eager, and unashamed to preach the Gospel to those who were in Rome. Yet, in modern Christianity, our ability to proclaim the Gospel is inept at best. People cater to fear and make excuses not to worship or share their faith.
Why? What is the cause? More importantly, what is the solution.
