Basic Motor Skills For Driving !!!!

I get frustrated with people driving that literally DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE !!!.
Watch the vehicle on the left go through the intersection. The vehicle on the right SHOULD have gone through at the same time but was distracted by a shiny object somewhere !!!
