Towing Fees

Imagine being woke up at 3 AM by your hysterical daughter!
She is a single mother with a toddler. She had her first chance in months to go out with friends. The nightclub parking lot is full so they all park in the closed K-Mart parking lot across the street. Maybe 30 cars or so are parked there. Somewhere toward the end of the evening, someone runs into the nightclub to alert people that their cars are being towed. A mass exodus occurs and people are running for their cars in the K-Mart parking lot. At this point about 8 of them have been towed.
Yes, you guessed it. My daughters car was one of them. So the #legalExtortionists are getting about $350 per car that night for the young people who can even afford to go get them. The price rises dramatically by morning.
The next time you see something like towing fees on the agenda, maybe you should attend and speak out. Otherwise you have no right to complain when you have to pay to get your kids car out of impound.
