04-05-2022 Tremors Part 1

As the tremors get worse, I decided to record it when it was happening. This is one of the few times I was not in a brain fog where I could not think enough to pull out my phone. These tremors lasted for three days straight and I wound up in the ER the next day. That was such a disheartening experience.
