Ceramic Plates VS. Steel Plates (Which is better?)

Ceramic or steel has always been an age old question when it comes to body armor. We got bored one Saturday and decided to test it out for you all! We really hope you enjoy! There are some things I wish we would have changed in the testing process.

1. I wish I knew how to talk. I know its spalling. I have no idea why I was saying sprawling...
2. Put the plates in a carrier. I think that would have changed some of the results of the spalling test.
