TwoSistas and it's FantabulousFriday in the Afternoon - celebrating those wins - we all have them and if we want them, we have to work toward them! What sets us apart sometimes is not meeting the expectations of those wins or goals. We know that laying the foundation can be hard but are we using that as an excuse to stay "normal"? What if we had the conversation with ourselves (as we often do) and realized our potential - in other words, except the risk and just go for it! Maybe you cannot do a pushup - instead of saying "I can't do this" say, "I will try a pushup at the breakfast bar at a slant so that I still am doing the exercise just a little differently?"
What is a goal or a task you have wanted to complete and you did so, maybe with a little fear and trepidation but you reached it - how did that make you feel?
