04 06 2022 ER Visit Part 1 Memory Issue

Part 1 - Memory Issues - I began to record a video to document my experience in the ER the night before. Unfortunately, I began having neurological and memory issues and could not finish my sentences and what I wanted to say. I went blank and could not think. This happens everyday, especially in the mornings. But I have began to experience this during the day and at night now.
