We leave our local boat ramp for a quick ride to where Francis Scott Key wrote The Star Spangled Banner. Many think they have been there, but Mr. Key was not at Fort McHenry during the Battle of Baltimore. He was being held offshore on a British prison ship and the only way to get there is by boat. After some research Baltimore has placed a buoy in the general location.
