HIV Positive ROTC Student Thinks He’s Entitled to Be in Military, Sues DOD and VT National Guard 🤡🌎

An HIV positive ROTC college student and member of the Vermont National Guard thinks that he’s entitled to serve in the military and to have it pay for his college education after being discharged for his HIV status. He doesn’t understand that his actions have consequences and that his sexual promiscuity or intravenous drug use directly lead to his no longer being able to serve in the National Guard and his no longer having Uncle Sam footing his tuition bills. He also doesn’t understand there are practical reasons as to why his HIV status precludes him from military services as well, such as his putting other soldiers at risk of infection under combat conditions.
