Joni McGary is a co-founder of NoCollegeMandates.com and a former entrepreneur, and worked in business development in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Joni was just a regular mom who wasn't involved in any kind of activism. That was until her son was faced with a COVID booster vaccine mandate in order to remain in college and reaching out online through groups sparked a movement of No College Mandates.
