A captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the crimes of the Ukrainian command in Oleksandrivka
Captured fighter said that he received an order to open fire on a kindergarten with civilians.
The man also said that he witnessed the murder of a peaceful elderly woman who wore a white ribbon on her arm.
