Alaska State Senate battle over the PFD. Senator Natasha von Imhof wants to take the PFD money away from the people and use it to grow the state employment and other non essentials. The state raised the taxes on the people, the cities raised the taxes while one third of the state population is struggling just to put food on their tables.
