Couple's Motorcycle Adventure Through the Tillamook Forest

Katrina and I went on a camping trip to the Tillamook Forest in Oregon on a fine summer day in July of 2021. She had just learned how to ride her little Honda XR100 dirt bike, and we were out having some serious fun zooming around together (I may have enjoyed leaving her in my dust a little too much... ;). I was riding our Kawasaki KLR650 dual sport, so she didn't stand a chance keeping up!

We unfortunately did not have a mic to share the constant banter between us on our intercoms. Sad, because I'm sure it would have really added to the entertainment quality of the video. As is, it is all video with the ambient engine noise and an annoying clatter of her camera mount. I added some twangy music to help improve the sound situation. She did all the filming from her bike, as we did not have the right mount for the KLR.

Katrina is doing super good for having maybe 4 hrs of riding experience on a motorcycle, not to mention there is a custom seat that was added that makes it way too tall for her to flat foot the bike, and yet far too little power. Who wants to buy her a proper big girls bike?! :)
