Instrumental Dance Music from Iran

My own adaptation of a lively short dance piece from the classical Iranian repertory in the mode Mahur.
It is rendered with the Oud, widely used in Iran, and the Saz Cura, which resembles closely the more specific Iranian Setar and it is accompanied with various Middle Eastern percussion.

The rich iconography explores the many styles of Iranian miniatures painting and offer some insight into the various refined Iranian dance forms.
