Breaking Nebraska Election News

It has been no secret that over 8,000 Democratic voters have changed parties including a candidate for the highest seat in the state. What few people know about is a law passed in 1994, 32-1507, which makes it illegal for a candidate to "swear that he or she affiliates with two or more political parties."

In typical political fashion, the Secretary of State's office, and many others, are ignoring a law our Unicameral passed.
