Joe West is a singer and songwriter who resides in Nashville, TN. Joe is the son of Sarge and Shirley West, the first and only African American Country and Western Duo. He was raised on a healthy diet of country, rock, folk blues, and jazz. His performances take you on an amazing musical journey. He is the house band for The Nashville International Airport and is a warm welcome to thousands who visit and live in the beautiful city of Nashville. Joe has had multiple performances at the infamous Bluebird Café, has done private events at the home of the legendary Naomi Judd, has opened for The Wooten Brothers, and has been a finalist on The Charlie Daniels round-up. Joe has performed at other exclusive venues around town that include: the George Jones Roof Top, Ole Red, The City Winery, and the world-famous Tootsies. Joe has been described as a cross between Kenny Rogers, James Taylor, Stevie Wonder, and Merle Haggard, and he is a recipe for sheer enjoyment. Joe is the survivor of a dissected aorta and has an incredible story to tell. His life is a miracle, and he will tell you he is the “Richest Man in the World”!
