How to heal an Achilles tendon fast

Hey, this is Josh dream body clinic. The video you're going to see here today is a patient that had an injury in her Achilles tendon. It's a nasty injury where if that goes too bad, the last thing you want is to completely snap an Achilles muscle up. Apparently, it is excruciatingly painful.
