Roe v Wade v Abortion v Infanticide * May 8, 2022

(May 8, 2022) The Democrats harangued about ripping little babies from the arms of mothers when they whined about President Trump's immigration polices, but the Democrats have no conscience about violently ripping little babies from the wombs of those same mothers.

#RoevWade might have silently stood for another half century if people like #HillaryClinton and the #Democrats hadn't pushed so hard for "up until the day of, and including the day after, birth". Prior to Trump's 3 Supreme Court judge nominees and the leaked SCOTUS document in May of 2022, most Americans to some degree accepted Roe v Wade as a right to have an abortion.

But it was never a "constitutional" right because #SupremeCourt justices can not amend the U.S. Constitution*, only Congress can. So in 2022 SCOTUS just reversed an unconstitutional ruling made in 1973. But this didn't make #abortion illegal, but rather left the woman's right to choose up to THE PEOPLE in each State — to the State legislators they voted for.

This might be why the Supreme Court couldn't take up #PresidentTrump's case for election fraud, and had the States determine their own electoral outcome. Example: The PA supreme court had no legal right to change PA election laws, only the PA State legislature can, according to their own State constitution . . . but the judges did anyway, and contributed to the rigged 2020 federal elections.
