US FDA Regulates Tobacco Free Nicotine and the Humble Disposable along with all other products which contain nicotine from any source are now required to file a PMTA to obtain market authorization to be sold in the United States. This is all part of the omnibus bill passed and signed into law on March 15th. The effective date for these new regulations is April 14th 2022.
