They say that they started dressing like this because it's ‘cute but scary’ with ‘loads of pastel colours’. The teen regularly goes out like this and gets lots of judgement from strangers - but their grandparents are super supportive. Today, Harley is transforming into a ‘normal 14-year-old’.
