Season 2 - Episode 10 - Lets Talk Disarms From Fiore - HEMA Instruction Video

Here we have our first video geared toward instruction as a how-to for approaching disarming an enemy. This video does not dig deep into the specific plays yet and instead offers a few fundamentals to understand that will be shared with each specific play later on. Here is my take on three fundamentals from the disarms of Fiore De Liberi.

This is a brief HEMA(Historic European Martial Arts) instruction video on how to get into the mindset of applying disarms with one handed swords such as the arming sword or broadsword and longsword in one hand.

We enjoy sword fighting as a combat sport learned from the texts left behind by the masters of the 14th and 15th century, such as the Flower of Battle.

Here we explore an introduction into disarms by viewing and discussing some of my own sparring footage where I had chance to try them.
