"PeppermintMG"; '20.04' code-base, to 20.10 code-base, part 1...

Continuing the assessment of how durable - and useable - the Ubuntu family range of 'spins' are across the successive chronological code-base upgrades. Here I take a slight 'slant' when I go from 20.04 to 20.10 on 'PeppermintMG', which itself was a project I had previously envisaged [and created!] that was based on the last 'legacy' version of "Peppermint Ten 10'.
