Finish strong Friday! Had a solid leg training session with some deadlifts and accessory work? What’s your favorite accessory exercise for legs? Kneeling leg curls are one of mine for a good stretch and isolation of the hamstring.

Deadlift

Set 3 : 405x5
Set 4 : 455x3

Leg Extensions
Set 1 : 150x15
Set 2 : 175x15
Set 3 : 175x15
Set 4 : 200x15

Kneeling Leg Curl
Set 1 : 50x15
Set 2 : 50x12
Set 3 : 75x10

Walking Lunges
3 x 20
