One of the biggest fears I have... is if something were to ever happen to a family or close friend - but it is even worse if they passed in the hands of an evil person and that person being able to walk the streets with no repercussions. Even though the perpetrators are likely to have past, investigators are still hard at work to try and give the victim's family some closure or answer but it just may never come.
