Guild Wars 2 #31 - Delivering Justice

Fort Trinity is safe...for now. Time to tie up loose ends. This attack was instigated by Syska and while I don't know what she did I know she was involved. So we and Trahearne are going to deal with this right now. The Vigil is good at preventing violence, the Priority can understand it. But punishing it is a Whispers duty and now it's time to deliver.
