Hey whats up everyone! Before year end we visited a restaurant called Los Cabos. They make Peruvian dishes that bring a piece of Peru into the Denver area.
The Dishes I ordered were:
Lomo Saltado
Leche Tigre
and Ceviche
All were amazing dishes that brought a flavor of new to my pallet.
Definitely check them out if you are in the Denver area, you wont regret a single bite.
