Push-ups are a classic exercise that every man has tried at least once. It is one of the best movements there is because it is so simple.
Benefits of a push-up
When you do a push-up you work the muscles of the chest, triceps, shoulders, abdomen, lower back, and even the lower limbs. A complete activity to give your workout a boost!
So here are 5 reasons why you should do push-ups today
1. works the pectoral muscles.
The pectoral is more or less like a man's business card. I've heard from many women that it is natural that the first look, after passing by the face, goes down to the chest area of men. How many repetitions should I do?
The average for a traditional workout is 3 sets of 8 to 15 repetitions. However, this factor varies according to your goals.
Remember that practice makes perfect, so the more discipline and determination you have, the more chances you have to do the perfect push-up. So take it easy, take your time, and celebrate your achievements!
