Oscar-Winning Director Chloe Zhao Canceled in China

Chloe Zhao, the Chinese director of Nomadland, wan Best Director at the Oscars 2021. But because of an interview years ago, the Chloe Zhao Oscar has been censored in China. She's run afoul of the Chinese Communist Party. And it might spell trouble for her next movie, Marvel's the Eternals, set to come out later this year.
