Let's just be. I love going to the beach, closing my eyes, and grounding myself in the surroundings. Simply listening. No guidance. No voice over. Just intentional focus on the peaceful present moment. A mindful meditation that allows thoughts to come and go like the ocean waves. Accepting then releasing.
