If you've been feeling a little off lately, there is a good reason for that - we are in the midst of Mercury Retrograde which means the "motion" lasts from May 10 to June 2, 2022 (info retrieved from Almanac.com). The "motion" specifically means that "the planet Mercury appears to travel backward across the sky." Almanac goes on to further explain that "those who practice astrology, these times in particular were traditionally associated with confusion, delay, and frustration. Think undelivered love letters, email blunders, and frazzled travel plans!"
Of course it can mean many other different things as well - for instance, cravings! (Cravings are also a sign that in all likelihood you are deficient in certain nutrients or micro-nutrients.
