Elon Musk Twitter Deal on Hold / Investigation Pending / Stock Tanking

Elon Musk is making waves again by announcing that the $44 billion dollar Twitter deal is on hold pending an investigation into whether the number of fake and spam not accounts exceed the company's estimate of 5%. My guess is that it does. What are your thoughts? Let me know in the comments.
