In this video Surveyor Raw visits a C0VID self-testing site located in a public park and run by a company called Curative INC. As soon as he arrives he's approached and told that Curative restricts constitutional rights in public due to HIPAA, even though the Curative employee admits he doesn't even know what HIPAA means.
