CONFUSED!! Just when you thought you knew basic martial arts terminology...

This is a video to help those who are training at Revolution Martial Arts Institute to better understand their basic terminology. As Korean style martial artists, we seek to educate all our students and dispel the commonly used (often misused) terms and replace them with the correct ones.
