US Troops To Leave Afghanistan, Mercenaries To Stay?

Welp, I was highly skeptical of Biden's promise to finally pull US troops out of Afghanistan... Now it turns out that promise to pull out US troops does not necessarily include ending the war. Biden may still continue prosecuting the war via the use of the mercenaries which already outnumber US troops in Afghanistan.
