Short 9-minute guided meditation to help you fall asleep

Here's a short meditation designed to help you fall asleep. This is ideal for those of you that struggle to stop thoughts bouncing around your head just as you're trying to drift off. It has a nice peaceful ambient of gentle rain to help soothe you into the dream world. Get into bed, switch the lights off, snuggle under the covers and get ready for a blissful night's sleep.
