Many Christians believe and teach that all you have to do is repent, and life will be easier because once you are saved, you are always saved. In fact, some go as far as to believe that Christians no longer can even sin because they have been sealed by the Holy Spirit. Could this be why we Christians are held to a higher standard than the world? We’re supposed to be Christ to the world, so are we perfect as Jesus is perfect? So then are they right, and Christians are saved from sinning because Jesus said, ‘whom the Son sets free is free indeed’? Or is there something more to it?
