May 14th oracle cards: stillness

I used to believe I had to be busy all the time. I would judge the quality of my day based on how much I got done. Now I realize this is a distraction technique that keeps me disconnected from my thoughts and feelings. I welcome the stillness so I can heal and reveal. 💙
