FORT WORTH, TX. April 15, 2021 - Sharing of Ministries Abroad (SOMA) USA announced today that Kyle Spradley, a lay leader and experienced missioner, will succeed Dr. Glen Petta as the new National Director.
Stepping down after twelve years as National Director, Petta welcomed the Board of Directors’ selection of Kyle as the next leader of SOMA USA. “I’ve served alongside Kyle in the mission field and local ministry and have witnessed first-hand his deep faith and passion to strengthen the Church.
I look forward to seeing what God will do though his leadership.”

Spradley has participated in missions to the Diocese of Northern Malawi through its companion relationship with the Diocese of Fort Worth. With a passion for discipleship and evangelism, Kyle has held leadership roles with Alpha in his home church, St. Peter & St. Paul Anglican, as well as in diocesan initiatives and ministry. Spradley said, “It was undeniable that God was preparing me for something newbut this is far more than I could have imagined!”

He brings his communication skills at the perfect time for SOMA’s ministry. The Lord will use him in exciting ways for the future of SOMA.”

SOMA USA has developed lasting relationships through missions around the world and Province-wide events in Uganda, Kenya,
