Two Bedroom Addition at the Gas Station Apartment.

After this eviction here I had decided to add another two bedrooms to this property. Decided to share a little bit of it with you! Working alone this project took me about a month and a half. Materials came in about $10,000 for the total project, most of the cost was the lumber and it has been crazy expensive! I would put this project with labor at about $18,000. Adding these two bedrooms making it a 3 bedroom should for sure make it more in demand. Also not mentioned in video that I added this inside of a garage area and didn't have as much costs with adding a roof, footings, siding ect. If you are adding two bedrooms to a home your costs will probably be much higher.
