New potatoes! Air fried! oh yeah

I casually mentioned to Stan as I was preparing lunch, "I suppose it's too early to dig up a few potatoes..." Next thing I knew, he headed out for the garden, shovel in hand. I grabbed my camera and tagged along. He never wants me to dig potatoes before July so I was surprised! I was even more surprised to see that we got more than a meal of potatoes from just one plant. I hope they ALL yield as well. :)
I don't know how I missed all of the green beans when taping yesterday, but we had more than enough of them for a meal as well.
ah, the rewards of gardening--first meal of green beans and potatoes (Stan wondered why I didn't dig an onion to go with--so I pulled one of those as well: one that had a hard stalk in the middle since those will not be good as long.)
Bratwurst, peppers, onions, potatoes--air-fried at 360 for about 20 minutes.
If only the tomatoes would hurry up and turn red...
