‘Democracy a la carte’ – Fmr Greek ambassador on EU principals

After the Latvian parliament passed a bill suspending an agreement with Russia on the preservation of WWII monuments, people gathered in Riga to protest against the possible demolition of memorials, despite the rally being banned by authorities.
