Today I'm speaking again with Kathleen Covalt, Ed.D on a topic that is very much the basis for her work, as well as my own - healing through the language of the body. Kathleen talks about the chakra system and how she combines her knowledge of it with her intuition to help her clients. We also share insights into the ways your body stores emotional memory. I also take Kathleen through a somatic exercise that I use in my program, Crystalline Voice.

Kathleen Covalt, Ed.D is a unique educator and therapist. She has a calling to help people raise their vibration in a variety of ways: through expanding knowledge, getting in touch with their inner core, reducing stress, developing intuition - all to support the awakening that they are beings of wonder.
