This week I melted some lead I found. (I got more but someone took it😒). But I’ll keep my eyes out for more😏.
It was a successful melt, and fun! I need to melt more of this so I can completely empty the gas 😂.
I didn’t lost a lot melting it down!
But always be careful with lead! The fumes are dangerous and even the dust when grinding it is dangerous. So I didn’t sand it. And I always wear a respirator when melting!! Also, I wear gloves in the video when touching it, only at the end I didn’t but washed my hands immediately after.
I’m not sure that it’s that dangerous but I’ll rather be safe then sorry😉.
