Covid 19 vaccine kills

George Watts Jr., age 24, has died from myocarditis from the Pfizer injection. The county is currently working on similar cases according to Bradford County Chief Deputy Coroner Timothy Cahill Jr.
Is this coming as a surprise to anyone?
