How I Lost $120k in Real Estate in 2020

I made a huge mistake which cost me a lot of money in real estate.

Starting in September 2018, I began buying real estate in Cincinnati, OH and Las Vegas, NV. I bought two flips in Cincinnati, OH, a 4plex investment property in Las Vegas, and a house hack in Las Vegas.

My mistake was not monitoring the house flip as well as I should have which led to the worst outcome: a flip that needed an emergency rehab.

This created a domino effect where I had to offload my investment property and do whatever it took to finish the first flip.

Thankfully I was able to sell the flips, sell the 4plex, and purchase my house hack.
